Return Policy

1. All sales are final for services and products unless otherwise required by law.
2. Exchanges are available within 7 days for unopened, unused retail products in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
3. Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients/details prior to purchase.
4. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance; late cancellations/no-shows may incur a fee.

Klarna Orders – Additional Terms

1. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and undamaged items.
2. Refunds go back to the original Klarna payment method. No store credit or restocking fees.
3. Klarna-financed services will be completed within 28 days of booking; payment captured only after service completion.
